4	Job Profile/Responsibilities	Team Leader Position – Project Management (Willing to work on-site in Mumbai, India)
		Design and develop next generation web development architectures which support a wide variety of games.
		Design and Develop robust and extensible flash game architectures which support games throughout the lifecycles – maintenances, additions etc.
		Develop and implement efficient design and optimization workflows
		Conceptualisation and development of Flash Game client modules
		Working with the flash design team and develop immersive game environments
		Research on new flash software design methodologies and frameworks
5	Skills
5.1	Must Haves:	Advanced knowledge of ActionScript 2.0/3.0 – with experience in Object Oriented Development
		Must have worked on atleast one Flash game
		Knowledge of RDBMSs (MySQL/MsSQL)
		Knowledge of web development languages – PHP/ASP.NET
5.2	Desirable (Additional) Skills	Experience with Adobe Director (MX 2004 +).
		Knowledge of Flash Communication Server programming (video conferencing, chat, content delivery etc)
		Experience with Flash XML communication
		Experience in working with Multiuser online applications a huge plus
		Flash animation, video and design knowledge
		Passion for games is desirable
		Communication of Flash with external web services - i.e. XML, HTML, DHTML, server side scripting like JSP & PHP and applications, databases)
